We will notify you of any price changes before your scheduled service. Additional charges may apply for services not included in your original booking, such as cleaning of particularly heavy soiling or cleaning areas not initially included in your service request.
Payment for our services can be made via the methods specified on our Website or communicated to you directly. For recurring services, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file according to the agreed-upon schedule. If payment cannot be processed, we reserve the right to suspend services until payment is received.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to severe weather conditions, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will work to resolve the issue, which may include performing a re-clean of the areas in question.
You are responsible for ensuring that our cleaning team has access to the premises at the scheduled time. If we cannot access the premises, you may be charged a lockout fee. If you provide keys or access codes, you acknowledge that we will take reasonable precautions to safeguard them, but we are not liable for security incidents unrelated to our negligence.
The Website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by InsinRelic, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
